The steep slope towards the house was too much of a challenge for the client and he saw the need to bring in a designer to look at the space with him. The design evolved and this challenging site soon became an exciting opportunity.
Sunnyside Front Garden
This is the third project that we have done with this particular client. It’s unusual for us to get a completely flat site to design. The main challenge of this design was the simplicity of the brief. Each element had to perform a function.
Sunnyside Rear Garden
The second project at this property. This part of the garden is all about watching and being entertained by the life within it. The planting schemes throughout the area are linked together with common themes resulting in a balance and rhythm that makes sitting in the conservatory an ideal place to observe the diverse range of birds and insects that visit the bird bath, feeders and flowers within it.
