Teresa Potter RHS North West & National In-Bloom Judge
Teresa has the honour of visiting villages, towns and cities all over the UK to see all the hard work that the In Bloom groups do to improve their communal areas, meeting with their members and offering help and advice whenever and wherever she can.
Judging for 2019 will be commencing soon with the Award Ceremony for the Nationals to be taking place in London later in this Autumn followed by the North West regional Awards in Southport.
